This course includes:
আমাদের সমাজে সাধারণত ২ ধরনের মানুষ বাস করে। প্রথমত যারা Positive মন মানসিকতার এবং দ্বিতীয়ত যারা Negative মন মানসিকতার। Positivity বা ইতিবাচকতা হচ্ছে মানুষের এক ধরণের চারিত্রিক বৈশিষ্ট্য। এই গুণ বা বৈশিষ্ট্য যার মধ্যে আছে সে সর্বদা সকল বিষয় সম্পর্কে Positive চিন্তা করে থাকে। আর তার চিন্তার প্রতিফলন ঘটে তার কাজের মধ্যে। আর এর বিপরীত ধর্মী বৈশিষ্ট্যকে বলা হয় Negativity। Positivity ও Negativity প্রায় সকল মানুষের মধ্যেই থাকে। এমন কোন মানুষ নেই যে ১০০% Positive বা ১০০% Negative কিন্তু কিছু মানুষের মধ্যে এই মাত্রা গুলোর কম বেশি হবার কারণেই আমরা তখন তারতম্য করে থাকি যে কে বেশী Positive মন মানসিকতা আর কে বেশি Negative। যেহেতু আমাদের সমাজে এই দুই স্তরের মানুষ সকল স্থানে বিদ্যমান তাই আমাদেরকে প্রতিনিয়ত এমন মানুষদের সাথে কাজ করতে হয়। যার কারণে আমাদের জীবনে এই দুটি উপাদানের ভূমিকা অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। আমরা যদি সকলের সাথে মিলেমিশে একত্রে কাজ করতে চাই তবে আমাদের এই দুটি বিষয় সম্পর্কেই বিস্তারিত জানতে হবে। অতঃপর আমাদের মধ্যে যে Negativity গুলো আছে সেগুলো বর্জন করে সকল প্রকার Positive ধ্যান ধারনা ও অভ্যাস গুলো আয়ত্ত করতে হবে। আজকের এই Positivity - How To Build Positive Mentality কোর্সে এই বিষয় গুলো সম্পর্কেই বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করা হবে।
