Refund policy
Since the Website offers online courses and non-tangible, irrevocable goods and services, we do not provide refunds after the purchase, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any course or digital products or services on the website.
We do have some courses that are accessible for learning for free, but require payment for certificates. For any other courses, learners may preview the free lessons to decide whether they will purchase the course or not.
In case the purchased course can not be accessed, or has technical issues that the GoEdu team can not resolve, GoEdu will substitute the course that has issue with a new one of similar prices.
