Registering Your Account
Create your free GoEdu account in minutes. Your name is used on certificates, so make sure it is correct before submitting.
Enter Full Name
Use your real name exactly as you want it to appear on your certificate.
Add Email and Phone
Provide an active email address and phone number for account verification and password recovery.
Create Password
Create a strong password and confirm it in the second password field.
Agree and Submit
Read the terms and privacy policy, tick the agreement box if shown, and click Sign Up.
Verify Account
Check your email or SMS for the verification link or OTP. Also, check the spam/junk folder if the message is not in your inbox.
Logging In to Your Account
Access your dashboard and all enrolled courses from any device.
Enter Credentials
Use your registered email address or username and password.
Reset If Needed
If you forget your password, click Forgot Password and follow the reset instructions.
Open Dashboard
After logging in, go to your dashboard to browse courses, track progress, and manage certificates.
Enrolling in a Course
Find the right course and get started instantly, whether it is paid or free.
Browse or Search
Select Courses from the navigation or use the search bar to find your preferred course.
Review Details
Check the overview, lessons, quizzes, assignments, course duration, instructor, and certificate information.
Check Price
Paid courses show a price and a Buy Now button. Free courses may show ৳0 but still require enrollment.
Complete Enrollment
For paid courses, complete checkout through available payment methods. For free courses, enroll directly.
Start Learning
After enrollment, the course appears in your dashboard or My Courses section.
Making Progress in a Course
Courses are divided into lessons, quizzes, and activities. Complete them step by step.
Follow Course Order
Start from the first lesson and continue through the course structure in sequence.
Watch Videos
Complete the video lessons and use the provided learning materials where available. Watch the complete video to unlock the next lesson.
Complete Quizzes
Attempt quizzes and assessments required by the course.
Track Progress
Use the dashboard progress indicator to see completed lessons and remaining activities.
Use Discussions
Participate in course forums or discussions to ask questions and learn from others.
Completing a Course
Finish all required activities so GoEdu can mark your course as completed.
Finish Lessons
Watch all course lessons and complete the learning materials assigned to each section.
Submit Activities
Complete quizzes, assignments, and self-assessments required for course completion.
Meet Passing Score
If the course has a passing score, retake or review assessments until you meet the requirement.
Confirm Completion
Once all requirements are complete, the course status should update as completed in your dashboard.
Getting and Sharing Certificates
After course completion, download your certificate and share the verifiable link with others.
Open Certificates
Go to the course page from your dashboard and click on the View Certificate button.
Download PDF
Click Download Certificate to save a PDF copy for printing or job applications.
Copy Verification Link
Use the certificate link to allow employers, institutions, or others to verify your achievement online.
Share Socially
Share the certificate on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, or your CV/portfolio using the certificate link.
