I have some soft skills like communication skill,presentation skill,Management,leadership etc. But, i don’t have any specific hard skill. I can not choose any specific hard skill to gain. Which hard skill can i choose that match with my soft skills?
Hard Skill গুলো নিজে থেকে নিজ প্রয়োজনে শিখে নিতে হয় যা একজন মানুষ তার শিক্ষাজীবনে প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষা থেকে এবং আলাদা ভাবে Training, Course ইত্যাদীর মাধ্যমে শিখে থাকে। মূলত যখন কেউ সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় যে, সে তার জীবনে কি হবে বা তার জীবনের লক্ষ্য কি, তখন সে ঐ লক্ষ্যকে পূরণ করার জন্য নানান রকম পদক্ষেপ নেয়া শুরু করে। আর এই পদক্ষেপ গুলোর মধ্যে একটি হচ্ছে Hard Skill অর্জন। কেউ যদি সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় যে সে ক্রিকেটার হবে, তখন সে ক্রিকেট ট্রেনিং এ ভর্তি হয়, কেউ যদি সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় যে সে সিঙ্গার হবে, তখন সে গানের স্কুলে ভর্তি হয়, কেউ যদি সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় যে, সে ডিজাইনার হবে, তখন সে Designing Course বা Training এ ভর্তি হয়। এই যে বিভিন্ন পেশার জন্য বিভিন্ন জায়গায় ভর্তি হওয়া, এই সব কিছুই হচ্ছে Hard Skill অর্জনের জন্য, যা না থাকলে কেউই ঐ পেশায় কাজ করতে পারবে না। তাই বোঝাই যাচ্ছে এই Skill গুলো কেউ জন্মগত ভাবে বা পরিবেশে ও পরিবারে বড় হতে হতে আপনাতেই শিখতে পারে না। এগুলো শেখার আগে নিজের জীবনের একটি লক্ষ্য স্থির থাকতে হয় এবং সেই অনুযায়ী Hard Skill গুলোকে শিখতে হয়। আর যদি কেউ নিজের Careerকে Focus না করে নিজের মন মত Hard Skill শিখতে থাকে তবে সেই Skill গুলো তার জন্য খুব একটা সুবিধা বয়ে আনতে পারে না।
