“What are some of your leadership experiences?” We hear this common question in an interview. Now whether it’s an entry-level position or a director’s office interview. But why is it important enough to know about it? Let me ask you a question. Can you ever imagine a boat without a boatman? The answer is no. It is not possible. A boat needs a boatman to be able to navigate the “right way with the right rules”. Just like that, an organization needs a leader to move in the right direction, with the right rules. Otherwise, the organization will become aimless like a boat without a boatman. The Leadership 101 course is designed to introduce this concept so that anyone can work out to develop their leadership skills accordingly.
Leadership skills are essential for doing business or employment in the 21st century. So, there is no alternative but skill development. But how can this skill development be done? For this, we must first understand what leadership is and who the real leaders are. Being a leader is difficult if you don’t have the right idea of what leadership is. Since “leadership” became important in our real life, some myths have been added to its basic concept. So, the basic idea is obscure. Our main goal in this course is to clarify all those vague ideas and give future leaders a clear concept.
Can everyone be a leader if they want? Does everyone have to have leadership experience? Can I be a leader? How do I become a leader? Are leaders and managers the same person? What qualities do you need to be a leader? We have tried to answer all these questions in this course. So, All this can be learned through this course.
Leadership 101 Course Target audience:
My target audience is people from all walks of life starting from SSC, HSC students. Because you don’t need age to be a leader.
Leadership knows no age, race, or gender of leadership. Given the right opportunity, the power of leadership abounds. The situation can sometimes present itself at the right time and with the right project and at that point, the leaders will demonstrate their ability to lead.
