We should follow individuals who lead by example, inspire growth, and act with integrity. True leaders or role models guide others positively, encourage learning, and make decisions that benefit the greater good, not just themselves. Following the wrong person can mislead or demotivate, while following the right person nurtures success, confidence, and moral strength.
