He or She must listen his subordinate but He or She must have the ability to take final decisions rather ask his or her sub ordinate to give decisions which we often see in a boss . True leader shows and sets example . I am trying to follow this rules and often I myself lead the team to present before clients and management to make the solutions of a problem my team faced
