Importance of Communication in an Organization. Effective Communication is significant for managers in the organizations so as to perform the basic functions of management, i.e., Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling. Communication helps managers to perform their jobs and responsibilities.
The truths of communication is four I give them with example
1. Meaning is in your mind. IT means how the sender end the massage effectively to the receiver. For example, Tamim show 4 fingers when he fired it means four fifty it is in the mind of tamim but the people may take it differently.
2. Massages are not always truth because some of you have lack of concertation, Barrera’s to communication.
3. Symbols of communication are not perfect. For example, one of my friend ask me do you have hyper tension and I understand that hyper tension means extra tension but my friend ask me in doctor’s symbol of hyper tension means blood pressure. Whenever you use abbreviation you must have to elaborate that.
4. Communication is about making relationship.it is about networking the more connectivity and effective communication.
For motivating and inspiring an organization communication plays an effective role. For distributing every single effective skill in a foundation, communication plays valiant support.
Being able to communicate effectively is one of the most important life skills. Those with good interpersonal skills are strong verbal and non verbal communicators and are often considered to be “good with people”.
Communicating help people to express their ideas and feelings and it, at the same time, helps us to understand emotion and thoughts of the others. As a result, we will develop affection or hatred toward other people, and positive or negative relationship will be created.
From dawn to dusk, we have to go through communication.Without communicating with each other or another we can’t even start our day. Besides everyday life , in corporate life the skill which is very much wanted from any employee is communication. So the importance of communication is inevitable.
