Human stress is a daily companion in human life. There is no human being who has nothing to do with human stress. Rich, poor, all people feel emotional about something. Stress is a normal part of human life. On the way to life, we see people with different types of stress. such as physical, emotional, and psychological stress. Stress This is part of the response to extra stress. All people in the world suffer from stress at least once in their lives. Rich, poor, helpless, no one gets relief from stress. Some people can get out of stress, but many people survive with it most of the time. Excessive stress is very bad for your health. This can lead to a variety of long-term problems, such as high blood pressure and heart problems.
We know that every human being experiences stress at some point in their lives. But the pressure of one person may not match that of another. Just as there are differences in people, there are also differences in stress. You just have to be more discriminating in the help you render to other people. Stress is a type of physical sensation that leaves one overwhelmed and unable to manage the stress caused by stress.
What makes us stressed?
Many things happen around us that lead to stress. For example: sickness, grief, divorce or separation, loss of job, or financial problems. Different types of stress related to work can also have a negative effect on your mental health at any time. People often get sick from work stress, and stress increases. People cannot work for an average of 25 days due to work stress.
For example, if you want to change your life, for example, being happy with everyone, moving around, getting a job promotion, or going on vacation can be a source of less stress. It is better not to share your feelings with others if you feel stressed in any situation.
Identifying Stress-
Getting rid of stress is not easy. Stress can sometimes come from large or small sources. Everyday stress from work, family, and various types put your mind and body at risk.
Psychological signs- concentrating difficulties, fussing, anxiety, and memory problems.
Emotional signs- Angry, annoyed, irritable, or frustrated are related emotions.
Physical signs- High blood pressure, weight gain or loss, frequent colds or infections, and changes in the menstrual cycle.
